We are a training practice and we may offer you an appointment with a one of the following:
- GP registrar. These doctors are fully qualified and will have worked in several hospitals. They are completing their specialist training as a GP. They are based at the surgery between 4-12 months.
- Foundation doctors. These doctors are fully qualified and have spent one year working in hospital as the part of the foundation training programme for all doctors before they can enter a speciality training programme. They are based at the surgery for 4 months.
- Medical students from Keele University. These are fully supported by one of the qualified GPs.
Dr Cooner, Dr Bermingham and Dr Heatherley provide training supervision.
