Listening to Our Patients and Improving Our Services
At Gnosall Surgery, we actively seek feedback from our patients and use this to continuously improve the services we provide. Our recent patient survey, with over 2,800 responses, shows a very positive experience overall, with more than 94% of patients rating their care as good or very good, and 97% satisfied with their appointment experience .
We are pleased that the majority of patients find it easy to contact us by phone and feel involved in decisions about their care. We are also proud of the many positive comments received about our staff, highlighting kindness, listening, and clear communication.
We recognise there are areas where we can improve. Feedback has highlighted the importance of continuity of care and making our website easier to use. In response, we are reviewing how patients access our services, strengthening digital support, and continuing to develop our team to provide consistent, high-quality care.
