Non NHS Services

Certain services provided by the surgery are not covered by the NHS Contract and fees are payable for such items as:

• Insurance claims
• Large Good Vehicle (LGV) and Passenger Service Vehicle (PSV) licences
• Holiday cancellation forms
• Medical reports
• Fitness for sports
• Some vaccination services

Please contact the surgery to enquire about the fees. Fees are payable before the release of forms and reports. Timescales will be dependent on the work required and there is a minimum of a 4 weeks turnaround.
