The surgery operates a total triage model for all urgent appointment requests. The patient services team are unable to book these appointments until they have been triaged by a clinician. Once your request has been triaged the practice will be in touch to offer you an suitable appointment with a healthcare professional. Please let us know if you have a preferred healthcare clinician.

Non-urgent advice: Nurse, Phlebotomy, Physiotherapy Appointments
We continue to offer prebookable appointments with the practice nurses, phlebotomist and physiotherapy. New musculoskeletal symptoms can be seen directly with the First Contact Physio without the need to see a clinician.
